How to Read a Wellness Grade: Our Rating System Explained
What the grade reflects
Each venue grade blends menu or program transparency, ingredient and equipment quality signals, community feedback, and alignment with the wellness domains we track — from metabolic health to sleep and stress support.
What the grade is not
It is not a medical endorsement, and it is not a promise that every option inside is right for you. An A+ juice bar still sells sugar; a B gym might have exactly the squat rack you need.
How to use it
- Use grades to shortlist, not to decide
- Compare within a category — grades mean the most between similar venues
- Read recent community reviews for the ground truth
Domains
Every listing also shows wellness domains (metabolic, sleep, stress, gut and more). If you're working on one area, filter the directory by that domain and let the grades sort the shortlist.
Educational content only. The Wellness Hub shares general wellness education and community information — it is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, sleep, or health routine.
