Does paying change a venue's wellness grade?+
No. Wellness grades and goal ratings are never for sale. Sponsored placement only affects where a listing appears, and it is always plainly labeled as Sponsored.
How do I claim my free listing?+
Find your venue in the directory, open its page, and use the Claim This Listing button. Once our team verifies ownership, your listing shows a Verified Owner badge. Use the same email as your member account so your Owner Portal connects automatically.
How does checkout and billing work?+
Paid plans are secure monthly Stripe subscriptions. Your listing must be claimed and verified first — then your upgrade activates instantly after payment. You can manage or cancel billing anytime from the Owner Portal.
